Accenture Business Analyst interview questions

First round interview with a Manager level employee. Very much a competency based interview that runs to a set script and allows you to give examples of where you have showed a certain competency at a previous time. Second round interview in 3 parts - fact finding interview with HR which is very straight forward. Then an interview with a Senior Manager and a Managing Director separately. Runs along similar lines to the first round but is less formal, particularly with the Managing Director.

I had a telephone interview which was an HR screening round. It lasted for 15 mins. I was asked generic questions from the HR. They asked as to why would like to join Accenture ?
