Three interviews:
1. Personality Check + Skills Review - They want to know how you interact with them. Even since you enter the waiting room, the greeter is studying you. Accenture likes to hire cool and smart people.
2. Behavioral Interview - This interview will give you many case studies. They want to see how solve problems.
3. Interview with Managers: very chill!

Tell me about a team project when you had to work with someone difficult.

Interview
First round interview with a Manager level employee. Very much a competency based interview that runs to a set script and allows you to give examples of where you have showed a certain competency at a previous time.
Second round interview in 3 parts - fact finding interview with HR which is very straight forward. Then an interview with a Senior Manager and a Managing Director separately. Runs along similar lines to the first round but is less formal, particularly with the Managing Director.

Interview
I had a telephone interview which was an HR screening round. It lasted for 15 mins. I was asked generic questions from the HR. They asked as to why would like to join Accenture ?
