Accenture Management Consultant interview questions

The first interview was over the phone, they just checked my background and my availability to relocate. The second interview was with a manager. She asked me general questions (worst flaw, best quality), industry specific questions (a sort of light case study) and whether I could relocate in 1 week.

Interview process was not too difficult. However, there were multiple steps, that took over a couple of months. Recruiter was very helpful and flexible, was able to negotiate with Accenture and get the salary I rated. Looking forward in starting here shortly.
