Accenture Management Consultant interview questions

The interview experience completely depends on the interviewer actually. I had to attend more than average number of interviews, for this position. Most of the time the rounds are pretty easy and straight forward, unless they are not very sure about you, in which case the questions might increase and become quite intrusive.

The first interview was a phone screening with a recruiter which was basically to see if my experience fit the position and if I was interested in Accenture. The recruiter was very knowledgeable about Accenture and the industry of the position and very easy to talk to. At the end of the call she told me I made it to the next round and that a skills interview and behavioral interview would be scheduled. The skills interview was over the phone with a senior manager who asked me very detailed questions about my experience. After the skills interview my recruiter called me and told me I had made it to the final round and scheduled a trip to New York for the final interview. The behavioral interview was the day after my recruiter already told me I had made it to the final round and was over the phone with someone in HR. She asked me three behavioral "Tell me about a time..." questions and follow up questions for each scenario I provided. I had done research on this interview method and came up with several scenarios before hand to use for the interview. The next morning I received an email from my recruiter telling me that my trip to New York had been canceled because I didn't successfully pass the behavioral interview.
