I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Stockholm, ) in May 2016
Interview
Very efficient interview. Three interviews during four hours 1:1 with consultants. I think the interview format is adapted to the person's background and experiences. The first interview was a normal personality interview, which was a lot of fun and the consultants were very friendly. The second interview was a business case to make sure I had some basic knowledge of business optimization (have a purely technical background) but still very friendly atmosphere. The third interview was one guesstimate and one "company structure case" about IT. I have no knowledge whatsoever about IT and did not solve the case, but again the consultant was friendly, helpful and understanding. I would advice you to try to have fun during your interview and to relax. You don't have to know everything, if you have difficulties with one case, let them know and take it as an opportunity to show them how well you deal with stress and challenges!

Interview
I talked to HR initially. Basic screening call. After that, I had two separate phone interviews with managers. They were case interviews. Told a story of an experience they had and wanted to hear your thought process and see if you could come to a reasonable conclusion. It was tough but doable. After the two phone interviews, I was brought in for final in-person interviews. Met with another Manager (some ppl meet with Sr Managers) and one Managing Director. One was another case interview and the meeting with the MD was more personality-based. It seemed like they were trying to figure out if I was truly interested in the job and if I'd be a good fit.

Interview
After resume screening process had a phone call with HR. Then was invited to take the test in office - that was kind of GMAT including essay. Next step was a group case that took the whole day and was divided into group part (two cases in two different teams) and the second half of the day (for only half of invitees) - a number of individual interviews: brainteesers, math tasks, general talking and so on - no more serious cases.
