Post to announcement of the Accenture coming to our campus for recruitment following were the procedure of hiring: Day 1: Selection on the basis of the Cut - off percentage Day 2: Aptitude test (only selected students were called on Day 3, no passing criteria was announced) Day 3: Group discussion and Personal Interview(Technical) Day 4: Final List of selected students was announced.

The recruitment process goes on in two or three rounds. You need to clear the aptitude test followed by a technical one to one interview and believe me they get the originality of what and how much you know out of you.
