i applied through college. First round was through AMCAT. It was very easy . Speed matters. Got selected. then got selected for face to face interview. interview was in a group of 5. Firstly they asked for introduction from everone. Then asked different from questions from each. Important tip: in your introduction keep it very long. they want you to talk tell them everything your school your percentages, projects you were involved in. your achievements , your strength your weaknesses ,your family background . Include evrything. Say as much as you can . Keep it long. Then they asked me if i like travelling and where i'd like to go with family and a discussion about it. then they asked me if i was comfortable about relocation i said yes . overall it wasvery easy and i was very sure about my interview. Result came after 4-5 days and i was selected.

The first interview was made in group and it was splitted into four steps: present yourself; first business case; second business case; presentation of the company.
The second interview was made with a Manager of the operating group 'Resources'.
The final one with a manager director of the same operating group.

The process involves three stages. Firstly, Online Application. Secondly Digital Interview and thirdly- Face to Face Interview. The process was very excellent. The digital interview invitation email provided all that was required to study in preparation and the one-on-one interview was quitte interesting.
