Accenture UX Designer interview questions

The first contact was by phone, to confirm my application together with a few questions about my experience and why I wanted to work for Accenture, quite fast-paced, the lady didn't seem to care about my answers. The second part was an interview with a UX manager, 1-hour video call, the manager was really nice and asked about my experience, asked me to walk him through some of my works on my portfolio and said that the next step would be a design challenge. I got a call from RH to talk about the challenge, quite simple, 3-hour project, on the RH words, so the managers could see my tough process and decision making on a UX project. The interview for the design challenge wasn't what I expect at all, with a different manager, that didn't seem interested at all in the project or the decisions that I made, but only If I could sell the idea and how I could sell it to some CEO. No follow up after the interview. All interviews had almost the same questions, "RH" type of questions..

I had a horrible and very unprofessional application experience with the Accenture UK team. Already setting up the initial interview was a pain. The recruiter called me to confirm my availability but I never received a confirmation email. Turned out the wrong email address was associated with my account. The day of the interview, I waited for 20 minutes to realise no one will show up. I followed up twice with the recruiter but haven't heard back ever since. This is just very unprofessional and poor behaviour for an international company like Accenture.
