I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
The interview process was fairly casual. I was referred for the interview and enjoyed the interviewers and felt respected. The questions were thoughtful and relevant. My only comment for improvement is regarding communication. The company provided an estimate on when they would get back to me and did not follow that estimate. They got back to me 3 weeks later than the date they provided with no communication updating me in the meantime.

Question 1
Can you take me through what your design process is like?
I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process was well-organized. HR provided detailed information on what to prepare and who I will talk with before each round. The only thing is that their hiring process is a little slow. Everytime it took more than 1 week to get the update of the process.
