Add People interview questions

Included a Phone call interview and a face to face interview with the manager and another team member. Face to face interview was a more detailed interview and digging deeper into my skills and CV

The interview process was very professional and everyone I spoke to was friendly and enthusiastic, which was one of the main reasons I accepted the job. I was made to feel comfortable by everyone I spoke to and the they took time to truly understand what I was looking for from my new role.
