The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Adobe (Amsterdam) in May 2022
Interview
The interview was very normal. They explained about their company. Ask me questions. I believe it went very good.
I forgotten the exact questions but it was connected to my experience and interests.
My main problem was that the recruiter suppose to call or email me back the next day. But nothing. I not need a page full of feedback but not even an email back? How complicated is that.
I email them but no answer either. I gave up. After I not got any feedback I wasn't interested and decided that I stay in my current company. They are much better for their employees. Here some Indian recruiter just had to make his numbers and schedule calls with the international Italian sales manager for a job in another country. If you speak the language and have sales experience you tick the box and get an interview.
The salary for sales (not management) position offered was 85K for a Europe remote job. That is very good so I assume he had hundreds of people. But still, I am an individual person that expected the feedback.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Please tell me a bit more about you current position?
The process was pretty straightforward. The questions varied from conversational to white boarding to pair programming on a coding problem. The people were friendly and the environment was engaging. The process was equally focused on personality fit within the team and matching specific experience with the role requirements.
