Align Technology interview questions

Very deep interview for a secondary phone screen. The interviewer had a software development background vs a server infrastructure role. Overall not a bad interview. Again i will comment when the recruiter does not return emails or phone calls on the status it is unprofessional. I as a current people manager interview all candidates and provide feedback for their growth and experience.

I applied the job online. First round phone screening with HR, second round with hiring manager and finally on-site interview with the team (5 people with 30 minutes for each). The whole process took approximately 2+ months. HR process is pretty slow.
