Allianz Continuous Improvement Manager interview questions

Everything seemed fine in the beginning, had a couple of rounds with HR and the hiring manager, then proceeded to the final round with the client. First meeting, the client didn't show up, instead sent someone else to represent, so we added a second meeting on top, to be carried out the next week. All smiles and friendly faces, was promised an answer by the end of the week. Never got it, so I followed up, and was promised an answer the next day. It's been 3 weeks and they haven't said a thing.
