Interview
They consistently rejected applications regardless of the circumstances and never provided timely feedback. It often required multiple follow-ups, only to find out they had already moved forward with another candidate.

List of general customer service related questions from a booklet about 10 or so. They asked if I had any questions relating to the company and then they called me to ask for my reference details and I received a job offer a week after. Was simple process and very straight forward and no "trick" questions.
