Interview
They consistently rejected applications regardless of the circumstances and never provided timely feedback. It often required multiple follow-ups, only to find out they had already moved forward with another candidate.

Experience in claims and also stating they’re providing training as required
List of general customer service related questions from a booklet about 10 or so. They asked if I had any questions relating to the company and then they called me to ask for my reference details and I received a job offer a week after. Was simple process and very straight forward and no "trick" questions.

Completed online assessment, invited to interview centre, brief intro and slideshow on company, group activity, one-on-one interview, role play and short introduction of building, floors and teams on the floor
