I applied, heard from them within a couple of days for the interview, we did the interview online, the interviewer was friendly and made me feel very relaxed. I was surprised when they said there was no commission for the role, but the budget for the role was between €60-70k. In the end I wasn’t made an offer.

Had to do a very long assessment before even being considered. I applied for some other similar roles with them and had to do the same exact assessment for each of the roles, extremely time consuming. No interaction with a recruiter at all. Next step is an interview directly with the hiring manager, with no clue about pay / benefits. The interview started with a role play, never mentioned anywhere, the preparation email only mentioned STAR questions.
