Pretty Good, they were very nice, asked me a lot of interesting questions about who I am, my plans for the future, how I would handle certain situations, how I would feel about those situations.
Smooth, straightforward, no difficult questions, ask scenario questions like what would you say to a customer that calls in to say their mirror broke and you need to give an answer. You answer does not have to be correct they are just checking reasoning, logic and accent.
Phone screen followed followed by Amazon panel interview. Interviewers will ask stock questions that must be answered in STAR format relating to the Amazon's Leadership Principles. Pros are that you can practice for it and that it is very predictable. Cons are that it is exhausting to have 4 interviews like that back to back.
