Using the STAR method (Situation, task, action, result) is definitely something that they look for during the interview process. There is one day where you have multiple interviews, which is actually fun because you get to meet a lot of people and learn about the company.
It was an easy process. They simply ask you 2-3 questions based on your work experience.There main exam is versant test.On the basis of that test, one is eligible for next round.
