Amazon Area Manager interview questions

Virtual and very laid back. Met with 3 different hiring managers and answered all the questions they presented me using the star method. The interview felt very comfortable and I was able to get my experiences out without any sense of rush.

2-3 hour interview process including an introductory meeting and meetings with two area managers that lasted 30-45 minutes apiece. The introductory meeting went over the schedule for the interview process, and the area managers did the actual interviewing and asking questions.
