I was first contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. After I applied I took a 30 ish minute behavioral survey. After that I was asked to schedule an interview. The recruiters really help you out and seem to want to see you get an offer. My recruiter gave me lots of advice for the interview leading up. The interview is 100% based on the leadership principles. All of your answers should exhibit some sort of quality that aligns with a principle. Also, STAR method is a must.

5) Was unsuccessful- It took a great deal of preparation and the feedback was that I needed to 'Deep Dive' more into my situations. Couldn't have said any more to be honest. The said that Amazon is biggest on the DEEP DIVE competency and revealed that this is what the look for in the interview for the Area Manager role.
