The process had a lot of little parts, to start with they sent an email questionnaire, once answered more questions came by that needed lengthy answers. then had a phone interview that lasted 30mins that included a math question. Then I was flown out to another state for interview pods with a few other people, i got to interview for 4 hours with 4 different people. lots of repetitive scenario questions.
