Amazon Area Manager interview questions

1st step is online application where you do basic behavioral answering and basic math. 2nd step is in person interview with 2 current managers of Amazon. You get the results within a week of interviewing. Do not try to lie your way out of the interview, it shows immediately be as truthful as possible. They test for multiple things they will pressure you to get an honest answer out of you so dont always go for the "Ideal" or correct answer, answer how you feel you would have acted. They know what the job entails so they will ask you realistic, uncomfortable questions.

Two virtual interviews. All behavioral with different managers in different areas of the country. There is a behavioral case as well and the interviews are 45min - 1 hour long
