Amazon Area Manager interview questions

After online assessments evaluating personality style and ability to make management decisions for employees in a warehouse shift, they called me in for an interview. Shortly before the scheduled date, they sent a packet explaining the interview process and advising on the best ways to do well on the interviews. They explained the STAR approach to responding to interview questions and provided Amazon's Leadership Principles so we can be sure to mention them in our interview responses. At the interview everyone was really nice and friendly. They started with a briefing explaining how it will work, then there were two consecutive interviews with two different people, each 45 minutes long. They wrapped up with a debriefing and the whole thing was over in about 2.5 hours.

Very easy and smooth. The interview had basic behavioural questions and questions to know who you are and personality. However, did not get an offer because I do not have American Citizenship
