Interview
Online application led to online assessment a month later which I passed. A phone interview was scheduled soon after which went great, however the position was filled over the course of the interview so she kept my interview on record. A month after that I received an invitation to a hiring event in a week. Interview process is laid back and all 3 managers were awesome, but be prepared each interview can be anywhere from 30-45 minutes each. Received an offer a week later and started a couple weeks after that.
All questions are in STAR format so be prepared with multiple answers for a similar questions they will ask- don’t repeat an answer you gave another manager. Be familiar and prepared to relate your experiences with their leadership principles, but do not feel like you have to memorize them. Most of the questions or similar are found here already.

A recruiter from Amazon has contacted me to apply for the position. I did apply and had the assessment. However, I feel the way the assessment was lined out is to figure out in what conditions would perfumer your best as an area manager.
