The first step is to take a digital interview. There were 15 questions. Only one was in English, the rest of them in a native language (Polish).

Everything online with really good follow up from recruiter. Then travel to one site, multiple people interviewing. Set questions with very limited probing and/or follow up. It seems that they cared more about personality, professional background and age (prefer younger applicants) that can be molded and developed.
