2 interviews with two different panelists, pretty straightforward with an emphasis on your conflict resolution skills as well as your problem solving skills. The biggest idea is to align your answers and your skills with the amazon leadership principles and try to incorporate 2-3 of those principles in each of your answers.
The interview process was quick enough. I applied and received an email in one week asking me details about why I applied and also confirming that I was aware of the details of the job.
