Amazon Area Manager interview questions

One math test and then a two back to back behavioral and situational based interview- not too hard, they were responsive and communicated well, asked about basic safey issues in the warehouse

They mostly asked about the 5 core values. It was largely behavioral. It seemed that they were primarily checking for fit with the company and overall soft skills. They did have my resume out, and I went through a few phases with different managers to learn more about the role.
