Amazon Area Manager interview questions

It was very long. Took 2 hours and you had to interview with three different people. You start with the recruiter then you move to your first interview then your second interview.

Behavioral interview questions such as “Tell me a time when…” I suggest preparing by researching the leadership principles and having a specific story for each one. It will usually consist of two interviews back to back and each interviewer will have around 3 specific leadership principles to focus on. They will ask you around 3-6 questions each. The interview can be very difficult if you do not prepare and extremely easy if you do. Make sure to answer in the STAR method.
