Amazon Customer Service Associate interview questions

It was a one on one interview. Wherein the interview was done in Amazon office itself in Hyderabad. It took a whole day. There were three rounds. And there was a personal interview in the end

First there was an English MCQ test followed by an English speaking and writing skills test and finally an interview was conducted. Interviewer had asked very basic questions nothing challenging per se. English tests are also of basic nature. One must just have enough English speaking skills to crack this job.
