Amazon Customer Service Associate interview questions

interview took 1 day and was fairly simple. only English communication was tested in all the rounds. the most difficult round was telephonic voice test. They were looking for clear and confident voices.

A total of 4 rounds of interview. The first round being Introduction round where you need to speak eloquently in-front of fellow interviews. The second round is followed by JAM session where a random topic is given and needs to be spoken for a minute. The third round is grammar test and voice recognition/accent test where basic grammar and accent are tested. The last round is the HR interview. ** Every round is an elimination round.
