Amazon Data Engineer interview questions

The interview process is a type of its own. There were total 5 rounds of interview. 1st round was screening of basic SQL , data warehousing and data modelling questions. 2nd round was Coding based on my project experience and strong analytical functions in SQL . 3rd round was Coding + Behavioural round .This was also based on my project experience. 4th round was Behavioural Round. and 5th (Final) round was Bar-Raiser (which was also a behavioural round based on your experience and skillset). Each and every round was getting tougher and tougher and much more exciting questions. To crack the interview , I would recommend to be yourself and try to explain as much as deep to make sure that you understand the minute details of the use case and have a good capability of understanding the situation. Try to answer the questions using STAR method (S - Situation , T - Task , A - Action and R - Result ).
