Amazon Data Engineer interview questions

First telephonic interview mostly about behavioral questions. I was asked two questions: Explain a situation where you break a status quo. Second Explain a situation where you work on situation, how did you resolve it and what was its impact and cause. Second Interview was white board three SQL queries all the queries were very simple and basic and 1 python algorithm.

My interview (3 rounds) went well, but I got rejected after the onsite round. The recruiter didn't give any reason for the rejection. I was expecting a positive result. 1st round was more on my resume. 2nd was more technical - leetcode hard sql, data modelling, data warehousing concepts 3rd round (onsite) - 4hours LP, 1 hour for sql (leetcode medium), data warehousing concepts, performance tuning, strategies on how to select a design for data modelling
