Amazon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Consisted of 4 parts, 4 hours in a row which was intense for me. Half of it was based on Amazon's values. The other half job competencies. Even though the values part went well, the competency part was hard for me because they put it at the end and my brain was not working after 4 hours. So, prepare yourself to solve problems with a tired brain.
