Amazon Sr. Program Manager interview questions

Firstly there is a phone screening with hiring manager. If you pass, you enter in the loop interview, in my case it was composed by 5 interviews in 2 days in a row. One of the interviewers is the bar raiser. All questions are behavior questions taking into consideration the 16 Amazon leadership principles.

There were multiple steps in the interview process, and it seemed like the recruiters at Amazon had difficultly the process in its entirety. I scheduled my initial screening phone conversation with the recruiter via a link Amazon emailed to me and no one called. I did however receive an email from the individual who was supposed to call me after the fact requesting my availability. I let that go as a misunderstanding; however, for my first-round interview no one showed up in the chime room. Turns out the recruiters confused time zones. After that I chose not to move forward with the organization.
