Amazon Sr. Program Manager interview questions

Hiring manager seemed very easy going to talk to, I really enjoyed how he wanted to have a more conversational interview and less formal, The beginning he would explain about his experience, the role and the team to me. Then we transitioned over to, tell me about yourself and interview questions

Lengthy process, started with assessment, followed by a 60min phone screen with hiring manager, then 'loop.' I got through the loop but was redirected to another role, then met with the hiring manager for another 60min interview. We had a great interview and then he wanted me to meet his boss. I had a 60min interview with the boss who was on a completely different wavelength. It was disappointing as I did not get an offer, despite feeling like there was a very strong fit for the role based on what the hirigng manager was looking for.
