Amazon Manager - Operations interview questions

Hiring process was very systematic, it started with telephonic interview, after clearing your telephonic, you will be called for the final rounds of interviews. Telephonic interview will be judge your expectation in terms of salary and position and final interview will be a mix of technical and behavioral interview. Interviewer in the final round will try to change the situations and ask you for your decision and past examples, the way you have handled the situations.

A Consultancy contacted regarding the opening, then followed by HR. There were 2 Telephonic rounds and 4 F2F rounds. Very Structured one and quick update after each round. All questions were from previous work experience and some are situational questions. Examples and data points are expected for every question. There are questions from performance management and improvement plans for associates reporting to you.
