1 hour call on the first stage and then 5 hours on 5 calls on the same day on the final stage. The final stage can be brutal, 5 hours of interviews where in reality the interviewers will follow up on every single question and challenge everything you say. You also need to answer everything on a specific STAR format.

Tedious and unnecessarily long. They'd follow up with screenings followed by mandatory testing, followed by more screenings, only to say the position is not being filled. Very time consuming and frustrating.
