Interview
Five interviews that ran over two days after a bunch of back and forth for about a month. The interviews were with various team members (engineering, product, senior manager, external team technical project manager).
Typical questions from each person - solve something, tell me about a time, etc.

- Solve an ambiguous problem around delivery and warehouse capacity
- Tell me about this part of your CV and how you handled some challenge
- Give me examples around our principles that are from your past
- Various project management questions (tools, how do you do it, etc.)

A recruiter wrote to on LinkedIn and proposed me a role asking to send my CV to her email. After this she sent me job description, hiring process and next steps in more detail.

Interview
2 behavioral interviews. Lots of follow-up questions. In some cases you get mix of behavioral with Sytem design type of questions. They focus on their lesdership principles, so I would try to look for examples of situations based on those principles.
