Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

The interview was conducted in a very professional manner. I liked that it was fact based instead of relying on abstract impressions. The questions really go in details and really look at the experience of the candidate. The overall process was also quite fast.

The process takes too long to prepare for. There are many youtube videos on how to answer questions- which I checked beforehand. They worked but also the interviewer asked some 'what would you do in this situation' kind of questions
