Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Very long and unprofessional process. Too many conflicting emails and calls from different hr members. The final interview round is at least 5 hour long interviews where they ask very similar and vague behavioral questions. After 7 weeks and 8 interviews I was contacted by hr to set up a call to discuss the outcome. The first availability was 4 days later just to tell me sorry no offer. Very unprofessional and cult like culture. Would never intvw there again.

I finished my first stage interview and received another email (callback). Overall, it was pleasant. Not stressful and a very to earth interviewer. The hour went by fast and it was easy comfortable.
