Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Voice ascent test followed by interview then hr interview ..then result announced then many student got selected.....,.............................. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

The interviewer seemed super disinterested and rude. The questions were too behavioural which was quite difficult to answer. Questions ranged from "Why Amazon?" to "10. Tell me about a time when there were multiple solutions to a problem. How did you decide on the solution and what was the outcome". However, I will say that the HR team was great and super helpful.
