Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

I applied directly on the web. I don’t know exactly hoy long it took but the emailed me saying they were interested in my profile and wanted to schedule an interview. I had the first interview l with a KAM it was ok. She made a 2 behavioral questions and then the interview was done. That same day I received an email saying that I passed the first interview and was going to move forward in the process. The following was a call with HR that was more of a “tips” kind of call to help me prepare for the loop of interviews that was coming next. The following steps - the loop - was a full day of interviews (5 in total lasting between 45 to 60 min each) After 3 days they answered and said even though they liked me and they decided to continue with other candidate. Advice: Learn the STAR method Use real numbers for explaining the results of your situations: “My idea / solution increased the client’s revenue by 10%”
