Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

It was a very poor process. they tried to squeeze all interviews consecutive even if it is online and this is not healthy for a candidate. The person I met with very cold and distant from the very start and didn't even say hello, he was very rude. I don't think they get that they are hiring real human beings. Also the guy didn't accept my answer because I answered in a different way and not in STAR technique which shows how far they are from creativity.
