You get an email saying you got a phone interview. You set a date and time. You interview over the phone (usually for about an hour). Then go on to the next phone interview. Then in-person interview
The process was similar to those of american multinational companies. After first HR screening, a series of interviews with future boss, potential coworkers and managers from other areas. The method is the behavioural interview: an hypotetical situation where you have to describe your possible actions.
The process can stop at any point if one of the interviewers decides you're not good for the company

Even for a sales position they expect you to know many technical details about their products and solutions. This is quite unusual if you think that they give you a few days to learn what they expect.
