I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon in Oct 2019
Interview
Pretty good. Intense as expected. First round was with a site leader and then was flown in to a facility for a math round and 4. 45 minute interviews. All was STAR based and based on leadership principles. So Prepare your stories and most importantly, Do not make it up. The interviewers are smart and can spot BS.
