Amazon Manager Operations interview questions

The first step was a phone screen interview. This consisted of 3 behavioral questions and one math flow question. Not too difficult. A few days later I was emailed for an on site interview. This interview consisted of a facility tour, a series of math flow questions, and 4 interviews which lasted 30-45min each. For most of the interview questions be prepared to quantify all your answers (ex: there was a 30% improvement in production after I made xyz adjustments). In addition follow the STAR method in all your responses as the interviewer will have to submit their notes in a similar format. I thought that process wasn’t that difficult, but it was very long. I was at the facility for almost 6 hours. Be prepared for the long haul.

Contacted by an Amazon recruiter for an Operations Management role. Phone interview with a local Site Manager.
