They asked several behavioral questions that should be answered in the STAR method. I presented a lot of information about time saved, money saved, or employee manpower saved by my actions. Also presented with math questions and potential problems, asking how I would go about solving them.

The process was short and sweet. Amazon looks for well-rounded candidates who are able to effectively lead people from all walks of life. They ask scenario questions to see how one would deal with work related issues.
