I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Fall River, MA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Three steps; panel in mass recruitment effort. Follow up, then extension of offer via email. I attended a recruiting event where I sat with a two person panel. From there, I was given some questions [approx 5] regarding mathematical word problems. I concluded with another 2-person interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2021
Interview
The process interview was divided into 2 interviews with the hiring manager (can be the site lead or HR) and a operations manager L5. One thing you must know is all your answers must be in the START method if you don't know what is it just google it. 2nd thing is all of the questions will be from the preparation interview packet, an amazon file with all questions they can ask under their 14 leadership principles (if you don't have access to it ask a manager or Learning Trainer). 1st interviewer asked me 3 questions and 2nd one 4 or 5. I believe they can only ask 5 questions each.
