Prioritization is a top-line responsibility for product managers, so they get a feel for how they attack it or if they have a framework they prefer. You want to give more than just two items, but not so many, that this takes up the entire interview. To provide a little context and be prepared for some follow-up questions (if they don’t ask any, that might be a significant concern right off the bat).

Initial interview with HR, then hiring manager, then assessment, then 4 1:1 interviews with various partners, then offer (these were all separate instances). HR was very communicative throughout, and they have some really nice tools to make everything seamless.

The first interview took place through a telephone call. The last stage involved an interview with the team leaders. The last phase consisted of two interviews of 45 minutes each with a delay of 1 hour.
