Interview
A day after I applied for a program manager role, I heard from a recruiter, which was a very fast turnaround time. I had two 45-minute phone calls (held through Amazon Chime) with two members of the team. Before the final onsite/loop interview, I had a quick 15-minute call with another recruiter to go over questions I had before the final onsite interview. The onsite interview took up an entire afternoon and was with five different employees (four from the team, one "bar raiser"). Every interview I had was pleasant and professional; I really enjoyed speaking with the different employees and did not experience anything out of the ordinary. All of the questions were aligned to the leadership principles, many of which can be found on Glassdoor.

Interview
Before even interviewing, HR pressured me to disclose my current salary. I gave them a range I was expecting, and they agreed the offer would definitely be within this band and not to waste each other's time.
Later, after 8 tiring rounds of interviews, HR threatened again they would not make an offer until I disclosed my actual salary. I had to show them a local government regulation page stating this is no longer allowed.
Then when the offer came, it was still 20% below the floor of my expected range, and definitely below my current salary. The recruiter also said I had 48 hours to accept the offer, otherwise it would lapse. This was so ridiculous and unpleasant I rejected the offer without negotiating further.
Overall very unpleasant experience with the recruiting team. I would advise future candidates to request for 40-50% higher than whatever your target is from the start.
