Amazon Program Manager interview questions

Loop interview - 4 interviewers each lasted roughly 45-1 hr. Behavioural based questions around experience and past roles. Will ask based on the LPs at Amazon and will be expected to be answered against the STAR format - follow ups aren’t always asked and a moderate/chilled vibe throughout

It was difficult, but with a restructured practice, it can be done, specially if all experiences are on STAR method and connected with all Leadership principles. Recommend that each case has an about of 5 min depth
